I've walked some miles this week! When the weather is sunny and not too warm I set off with a rough idea of where to go, (there is a lot of choice round here) and sometimes I get a bit carried away and go a lot further. Otto and I were out for about an hour and a half this morning. When we got back I had to give him a bit of a hose down as his legs were filthy, he's not keen on this. When I'd finished he ran off round the corner and rolled on a particularly muddy piece of grass to dry himself off. He was far dirtier than he was to begin with. Back out came the hose, and I started again, this time he managed to slip his lead and shot off round the corner again. By this time I had become a woman who I really don't like. As you can imagine he was totally covered in mud by this time, so he got a proper hose down, and I managed to towel him down and get him indoors before he could do any more damage. After a necessary change of clothing and a chocolate digestive I have calmed down. He's still not keen on me.
I will be at Halesworth Produce Market on Saturday morning, and will have all of the online shop stock with me, so if you're interested in seeing these items "in the flesh" please come along and have a look. We will be there from 9 until 12.30/12.45.
For those of you who live locally, please feel free to come to Howes Cottage to see my stock, but please let me know first! If anyone had popped round out of the blue while I was washing Otto they would have been confronted with a mad woman!
