Anybody who regularly walks in the area where we live will probably have seen feathers poking up from local gateposts, fenceposts etc. This is not due to a lost American Indian tribe living in the area, it is all down to Dick, who has this strange urge to pick feathers up and find somewhere to display them. At least he doesn't insist on wearing them, even though he can be a bit flamboyant at times!
Talking of looking different - we had a family wedding at the weekend, Dick's eldest daughter Hannah married her lovely partner Leon. It was a great day for the family, and an excuse to dress up, not something I do very often - and I managed to persuade Dick not to wear his red or blue shoes!
This is going to be a busy weekend, I will be at Halesworth Produce Market on Saturday morning, and on Sunday I will have a stall at Hattens Farm Nurseries at Metfield from 12-4.
I've never considered myself to be an author, but I'm willing to give it a go. I'm 57 going on 30 (sadly I look 57). I work from home, so am very lucky..
