I only just realised that it's Blogday, I knew it was Thursday and had failed to make the link. As you know, I nearly always write the blog on Thursday, so why I haven't thought about it until now is beyond me. I have been a bit busy (making excuses here), there is new jewellery on the site, and I've been making Christmas cards. There is also a magnificent casserole in the oven (and rice pudding).
Dick has had a very practical week, and I think he's surprised himself as well as me. He has re-boarded the barn, which now looks great, and today he's been rebuilding a trailer. Throughout all this practicality there have been no injuries (well one minor splinter) and he's done it all without any help. Marvellous. He's sprung into action because he's got a very busy couple of months coming up at work - he will be covering Milton Keynes and Northampton as well as Norfolk & Suffolk. So all the jobs he'd had in mind to do before the Winter are now done. I will be having a stall at the Produce Market at Metfield Village Hall on Saturday morning, and on the 14th October I will be at the Halesworth Produce Market. I intend to compile a list of the events I'm attending on the lead up to Christmas and I'll put a copy on the website. Otto is currently nudging my elbow because he wants to go out, and being a big dog this can cause problems, especially if I'm drinking coffee. So I'll be off round the meadows (for the third time today).
