We had a wonderful six days in the Lake District, and I discovered a love of fell walking, such steep hills but well worth it for the fabulous views. Otto had a whale of a time, I've never seen him run so far, or for so long. We loved the place so much that we have already decided to go again. I joined Slimming World as soon as we got home so that next time I go I will be carrying less weight over those hills. I surprised myself by paying for 12 weeks in advance to show commitment - not like me at all, but I'm feeling really determined. Thanks to Dick, who has taken it all on board and is taking to the change of diet really well, he will still be drinking beer though, oh, and there's the cheese. My most difficult time will be in the Wortwell Bell on Friday night, I will sorely miss the home cooked crisps and the sweet potato fries!
I have been making twinkly items in preparation for Xmas, lots of earrings and some crystal necklaces too. I was working away yesterday and became aware of lots of little beams of light round the room, the joy of Swarovski crystal in sunlight! There are also some lovely new semi-precious necklaces on the website, so have a look at this weeks new stock by clicking this link new items
