There has been a spot of weather about this week, as I'm sure you've noticed. We certainly realised on Saturday night when we were on our way to see Brother & Sister in Law for supper, we got half way there and found the road was flooded. Dick, being a man, drove on until it started to get too deep, I squealed, which I'm sure was helpful. Luckily he managed to keep the engine going and reverse out. Quite a relief, as I really didn't fancy wading through that lot. Sadly we had another hen taken this week, our Mandy, so we'll be keeping them in their run for the time being. We've hardly had an egg for weeks and actually had to buy some today. Anyway, it started me thinking about all the names we've had for our hens over the last couple of years, it started with Polly, Molly, Bertha & Betsy, we then got three new hens which Dick wanted to call Milly, Molly & Mandy, so we did. There we were with seven hens, two of which were called Molly, sad but true. I've been really busy this week making lots of new jewellery, you'll find new items in most categories, and I'm still carrying on. I have two events this weekend, on Saturday at Mendham Church which should be a lovely event, and on Sunday at Langley School. Best I get on.....
